These terms govern your use of GreytoneFits. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
GreytoneFits is a direct-to-consumer online store. We sell the products listed on this site ourselves: we hold inventory, take payment and fulfil orders directly. When you place an order with us, you are entering into a contract with GreytoneFits, not with a third party.
You need an account to check out. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when your payment is confirmed. Prices, promotions and stock availability may change at any time before an order is placed, and occasionally an item sells out between when it was added to your cart and when you check out, if that happens, we will not charge you for that item. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay, our third-party payment provider; by paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s own terms for the transaction.
We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout, please make sure it is correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. You may cancel an order before it is paid for, and you may request a return once an order has been delivered, from your account’s order history. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. A small number of older catalog entries still display a historical link to an external retailer from before GreytoneFits sold products directly. Those links are kept for reference only and are not how purchases are made on this site today. See our Disclaimer for details on those legacy entries and on the temporary editorial imagery used elsewhere on the site.
Ratings are anonymous and limited to a score from one to five. By submitting a rating you confirm it reflects your genuine opinion. We may remove ratings that appear to be automated, manipulative or otherwise abusive, and we may rate-limit or block access where we detect such behaviour.
Anything you send through the contact form is treated as non-confidential. Do not send us sensitive personal information or anything you are not free to disclose.

The site’s design, editorial copy and arrangement of the catalog belong to GreytoneFits. Product imagery, brand names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the items catalogued. If you own rights in material shown here and would like it removed, please contact us.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreytoneFits is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any order placed with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (which may entitle you to bring a complaint before your local consumer forum regardless of anything in this section), any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location stated in our Grievance Redressal page.
If you have a complaint about a product, an order, or the site itself, our Grievance Redressal page names the officer responsible for resolving it and how to reach them, consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable IT Rules.
We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
